Features: Sturdy holes that support a variety of finger, hand and wrist exercise to stretch and strengthen. Made with natural rubber latex Hand wash and clean with soap and water, if needed, and dust lightly with powder or cornstarch to prevent tackiness. Available in 4 colour-coded resistance levels.
