Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and re-saleable in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please call us and we will supply a refund number that you can supply with your returned item. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will supply you with an exchange/returns reference number.

Order, Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping time is 1-3 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island. At certain busy times of the year or when demand is high, there may be delays in courier services. We use NZ Couriers to ship all products. We ship from Albany, Auckland weekdays. All orders are dispatched in the weekday afternoons.
